Bicycle Coalition of Philadelphia
Piscitello Law has the highest regard and admiration for the work accomplished by the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia. We have collaborated with and supported the Coalition with time and resources for more than a decade in many ways. We share a mutual goal of improving cycling and pedestrian safety and rights in the region. Below is an overview of some of our collaborative advocacy work with the Coalition:
- Piscitello Law has hosted several events over the years, including a fund/friend raising events in 2015, 2023 and planned for 2024
- Joseph Piscitello and his team participated in Lobby Day in Harrisburg, PA to promote legislative initiatives that improves road safety. (2024 pix below)
- The Law firm has supported various events including “Bike to Work Week,” Vision Zero Conferences, Ride of Silence and Bike Light Give-Aways.
- Has assisted coaches and athletes in the Bicycle Coalition Youth Cycling program (formerly called Cadence Youth Cycling. (2015 to present)
- Supported the development of the Lil’ Safety Village in Hunting Park, PA where children can learn to ride in a safe and nurturing environment. (2021 pix below)
- Piscitello Law was presenting sponsor of the Jeremy Powers Cycling Clinic, an event hosted by the Coalition (2016 pix below).
- The attorney was invited to be the featured speaker in a Cycling Safety Podcast hosted by the Bicycle Coalition (May 2016).
- Piscitello Law was honored for his leadership with the Bicycle Coalition and was named a “Paceline Supporter” (February 2016).
